The Sewing Bee Workshops are going online!
It feels a long time since our last Sewing Bee at the studio back in March when the country seemed to come to a stand still overnight. Sadly, I think it is going to be a little while longer until we can get back together. I know you are missing your Sewing Bee friends as much as I am missing you all.
So, I am excited to announce the first Sewing Bee online workshop is next Wednesday 5 August 1-3pm via Zoom! There are other daytime and evening dates for August as well.
I think it is important to keep it personal so there are a maximum of 8 places per session.
Book your place, take a couple of hours out to sit, sew, catch up and don’t forget your cuppa and biscuits. You can join for the whole session or drop-in to ask something specific. I will be ready and waiting to help with your projects and will have some top tips to share with you. I hope the introductory fee of £5 per session will be tempting!
Don’t be put off if you haven’t used Zoom before. You just click on an email link and you’re there. I’ll help you through the process and we can have a little practice before the day if that helps.
A big thank you to the Saturday Sewing Bees who helped with a trial run. It was so lovely to see you all, what a lot we had to catch up on but we managed to squeeze in a bit of sewing alongside numerous mugs of tea and biscuits.
To book just get in touch.
Just to let you know my How to insert a concealed zip workshop last night booked up so quickly that I’ve put on another session on the 5th August 7-9pm
Best wishes and keep sewing
